This 1.25 acre parcel was part of a 2 parcel purchase. The buyers had been looking for quite some time to find a house that was right for them, but ultimately decided they were going to have to build to get what they wanted. We were able to find 2 parcels (front/back) that when combined, will give them the acreage they needed.
